After the initial conversation, we will begin with the extensive and detailed Pre-profile Questionnaire. Once the questionnaire has been completed, we will perform our meticulous On-site Opportunity Evaluation & Community Profile to ensure we understand every aspect of the opportunity in order to determine the best fit for you, your facility and your community!
